Frequently Asked Questions
What is sexual harassment?
Sexual harassment is any form of abuse or coercion, performed usually by a superior, to obtain from the person a sexual advantage from his subordinates.
For example: a boss who threatens to fire his employee if she does not have sexual relations with him.
It can occur on the part of a coworker, and ranges from inciting sentences (compliments, provocations, etc.) to physical abuse.
